wholesaler found in 2005. Blue Moon Beauty's unique product categories
including skincare, color, fragrance, makeup, bath & body, and hair care.
Our products have been supplied to approximately 20,000 beauty supply stores in
nationwide through our dedicated wholesalers (we don't deal with any individual, we only deal with wholesalers. if you want to buy our products, go to a beauty supply store near you, you can find them)

Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. We
offer a 30-day return policy including a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping
and processing costs. We cannot accept any product which has been opened, has a
broken seal or shows signs of tampering. If you try a product and are unsatisfied
with the products performance in some way, please contact us for returns.
Arranging a return with Blue Moon Beauty is easy. Simply email us to request a
return authorization, ship the product to our warehouse with the RMA clearly
written on the outside of the package and we will credit your account or send
you the product you have requested. Returns cannot be accepted without a returnauthorization number. You can email us here: sales@bluemoonbeauty.com. Please include your name and order number in all correspondence.
Our Free Shipping Policy
There are never any handling charges with Blue Moon Beauty
and no shipping charges on any order over $1,500 within the United States or
its territories. Free shipping is available on our ground shipment method only.
Ground shipments are sent by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Normally, orders placed Monday through Friday will arrive in 4-5 business days (within the Continental USA). Allow a little more time for weekends and holidays.
Privacy Policy
Our business relies solely on providing you with personal
care items at the lowest possible price with total respect for your privacy. We
do not, and will not offer, sell, exchange, or share any information about you
with anyone, unless as required by law. Your home address, e-mail address,
telephone number, and credit card number are used strictly to fulfill your
order. We will not solicit business for any other company from you, and we will
not provide any information for anyone else to do so.
